OPPO India Mensa India helps gifted children with digital literacy tools

Digital Literacy Tools (DLT) are effective resources such as laptops, smartphones, tablets or desktop computers, audio books, etc.

OPPO India has partnered with Mensa India, the national chapter of Mensa International, the global high-IQ society, to contribute to its Project Dhruv initiative. Mensa’s Dhruv Project identifies gifted children from disadvantaged families, nurturing and nurturing them so they find the support they need to contribute to their community and the nation.

OPPO has provided digital literacy tools that aim to help children without access to technology develop the skills they need to interact and excel in an increasingly digital world. These tools will support scholars of the Dhruv Project’s first-generation learners as they pursue careers in engineering, design, medicine, government service, academia, the arts, and more. As part of the association, forty-five OPPO Pads, Styluses and Internet Dongles were distributed to students at a reception held at Vidya School, Sector 24, Gurgaon.
