The new U-Fill outlets have been launched in 65 cities and are expected to launch across the country soon. Customers do not need to download an app to use U-Fill technology. The U-Fill system gives customers the freedom to control refueling as the unit automatically dispenses the amount of fuel paid for. Therefore, the point of constantly seeing the reading is eliminated.

Executive Director (Retail) BPCL PS Ravi told local news: “The ease of use and the high and transparent experience make UFill a revolutionary solution, providing our customers with a fast, secure and smart solution for their refueling needs. With dedicated UFill bays marked “Fast Forward Zone” at our gas stations, inviting our UFill customers to the forecourt offers an experience that would set it apart from any experience that a competing gas station would offer. UFill is one more unique step in BPCL’s continuing effort to leverage digital technology to provide our customers with personalized and new era solutions ”.

The new technology aims to improve customer turnaround time (TAT) at fuel outlets.
