The Abu Dhabi School of Government (ADSG) has announced the launch of the “Future Shapers” program, which aims to unlock the digital career and leadership potential of Abu Dhabi employees.

The development of this program is part of ADSG’s efforts to build the digital capabilities and skills of Abu Dhabi employees and support the digital agenda of the Government of Abu Dhabi.

Created for both Abu Dhabi government employees and Abu Dhabi residents, the program provides unparalleled access to a community of like-minded peers and expert members of the tech industry, as well as to in-demand digital content and exclusive certifications for graduates who complete the program. It has adopted a flexible learning approach that allows participants to learn at their own pace.

After successfully completing the first week of the program’s 4-long “Challenge Phase”, 5,000 of the top students will be enrolled in the “Connection Phase”, which is a Nano-Degree Program scholarship focused on advanced course content, the real world. projects and expert reviews provided through weekly orientation sessions hosted by mentors and experts from the global technology education platform “Udacity”.
